Refunds
A $50 fee is charged for each cancellation.
Your deposit less the cancellation fee will be refunded if cancellation
notice is received less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
These refunds will be made only if we are able to rebook the space
reserved.
In case of an emergency cancellation, deposits are not refunded but may be forwarded to a future reservation within one year of current booking.
Deposits for reservations during holiday weeks,
special event dates, weddings, and group reservations are nonrefundable
unless cancelled
90 days prior to arrival.
